Secure Portal and Free Fax Archive

Manage your account and authorized user list via a secure administrative portal. View fax activity, reports, and manage inbound fax routing. Plus, eGoldFax offers free, unlimited encrypted fax archive; faxes are retained as 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) PDF files for up to 10 years.

Send and Receive Faxes via Secure Email

Prevent printing received faxes and the risk of unauthorized access. eGoldFax delivers received faxes as PDF or TIFF attachments to secure email messages. eGoldFax fax numbers can be assigned to one or multiple email addresses and, with the optional eGoldFax Routing Manager, received faxes can be saved to a folder, printed, or scheduled for delivery. Conversely, when sending faxes, avoid printing digital documents for scanning and faxing. This wastes time, paper, and increases the risk of unauthorized viewing of confidential documents. With eGoldFax you directly fax digital documents via email. Simply enter “FaxNumber@eGoldFax.com” in the email “To:” field. Your subject/message text and email signature including graphics will be placed on your custom eGoldFax Fax Cover Sheet. Attach PDF, Word, Excel and other files.

Fax Paper Documents via Scan-to-Email MFP's

eGoldFax eliminates the need for MFP fax hardware or an MFP fax line. With eGoldFax you can easily scan and fax paper documents from any Scan-to-Email MFP. The MFP communicates with eGoldFax via a secure TLS encrypted email connection. Simply enter FaxNumber@egoldfax.com to send the fax, with the option to include Subject and Message text.
